What do you Call a Man...

It's amazing how some men still subscribe to the prehistoric notions of 'manliness' and 'masculinity'.

What?
Smoking makes you a man?
Big bikes make you a man?
Ogling & chasing after women makes you a man?
Resolving conflict with violence makes you a man?
Raising your voice with threats and abuse makes you a man?
Having a docile little wifey to cook, clean and lay down for you while you kick her ass whenever you feel like it... does THIS make you a man?

What?
Does being sensitive make a man less of a man?
Helping your wife with chores, makes you less of a man?
Playing Lego's with your children, makes you less of a man?
Having heartfelt talks with the ones you love, makes you less of a man?
Spending your weekends at home with the family instead of gallivanting with your buddies, makes you less of a man?
Letting your wife win an argument and holding her close while she cries, makes you less of a man?
Being loving, caring and thoughtful... does THAT make you less of a man?

Dedicated to the many little 'men' out there...

What do you call a man
Who lets his wife feed his little children
And lets her pay for his many habits
Without ever lending a hand?

What do you call a man
Who hits his wife to win an argument
And treats his children like little strangers
That at his whim he will befriend?

What do you call a man
Who feels it's only his feelings which matter
And sees others as merely pawns
To fulfill his many demands?

What do you call a man
Whose very presence evoke resentment
Who leaves a trail of injured hearts
And doesn't really give a damn?

You just don't call him a Man.
